Sales Manager, Reka Rubber

Reka Rubber, part of Reka Industrial, is one of the leading manufacturers of industrial rubber products in Northern Europe. The company supplies high-quality rubber solutions to well-known OEMs in the transportation and engineering industries. Reka Rubber is headquartered in Finland, with a subsidiary, Reka Rubber Polska Sp. z o.o., located in Poland. The company employs approximately 300 people, with production facilities in Aura, Finland, and Dopiewo, Poland.
The roots of the Reka Group date back to 1898, when Edvard Rentto began his career at the Korkeakoski shoe factory. Reka Rubber started rubber production in 1955 in Hyvinkää and a few years later, in 1961, Reka Cables began cable manufacturing.

We are looking for a SALES MANAGER to support our growth in Eastern Europe!
In this role, you will be responsible for new customer acquisition and building new business for Reka Rubber in international markets, with a particular focus on Eastern Europe. This is a strongly new-business-driven position, suited for someone who thrives in long-term, goal-oriented and international B2B sales.
You will focus on industrial B2B customers, typically mid-sized to large organizations. Deals are high-value, with an emphasis on long-term, profitable partnerships rather than small-volume sales.
The role requires frequent travel and face-to-face customer interaction and is supported by a strong internal organization with a structured onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
Actively identify and acquire new customers within the assigned market area
Manage and drive long and complex sales processes
Own and develop customer relationships globally over the long term
Conduct customer meetings, factory visits, and identify key decision-makers within client organizations
Deliver solution-based sales by understanding customer needs and offering suitable rubber solutions
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Product Management, Technical Support, R&D, Quality, Procurement)
Maintain sales documentation and track prospects
Develop market and industry knowledge and increase Reka Rubber’s brand awareness
Your Background
Experience in new business-focused B2B sales within an industrial environment
Proven track record of managing and closing long and complex sales processes
Ability to work in a consultative, solution-oriented sales role with technical products
International mindset and willingness to travel actively
Solid technical understanding, combined with a strong commercial mindset
A self-driven and persistent way of working, with a strong motivation to build new business
Excellent Polish & English required
