Biovoima is a full-service partner and technology integrator for complete biomethane and biogas plant projects, plant modernisation, and a technology provider for logistics and distribution solutions related to biomethane production, use and transport. We also provide maintenance services for biogas plants and technologies related to biogas and biomethane production. We are looking for a Sales Manager (Biogas/Biomethane Plant Solutions)!
Do you want to be part of the green transition and help build a cleaner future? We are looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to strengthen our presence in the Polish market and drive sales of biogas and biomethane plant solutions.
YOUR ROLE
Sell biogas and biomethane plant solutions to customers in agriculture, food processing, and the energy sector across Poland.
Take ownership of equipment and technology based project sales, involving complex technical solutions and long sales cycles.
Build, develop, and manage a long-term sales pipeline, from first contact to advanced project discussions.
Proactively identify new customers and guide them through a consultative, multi-stage sales process.
Work closely with teams in Poland and Finland, with strong technical support available internally.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FROM YOU
Native or fluent Polish and strong English skills for international collaboration.
Proven experience in project-based or solution sales, for example within: energy or renewable energy, industrial or EPC projects, agricultural machinery or technology
A proactive, consultative sales mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships.
Willingness to travel and meet customers on-site.
Preferred location: Katowice–Kraków area; Warsaw, Wrocław and Poznań also possible.
Technical background is an advantage, but strong sales and commercial capability is more important. Technical expertise is supported by the internal team.
