HR SPECIALIST, Nord Armering
Be the driving force of our HR in Sweden!

Nord Armering is established in 2020 but with our Finnish mother company we have built foundations for over 800 wind turbines. At Nord Armering / Nord Raudoitus, we specialize in reinforcement for windmills, bridges, and industrial buildings. Together, we employ 200 people across Scandinavia. We are looking for an HR Specialist in Stockholm!
In this position, you’ll work across the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to development, offboarding, and exit interviews. You will support with construction site workforce planning and gradually take ownership of this area.
This role is based in our Stockholm office, where you will be the only HR representative in Sweden, working independently while being supported by a broader HR team of five colleagues located mainly in Finland.
No two days are the same in the construction industry, which makes this role both dynamic and rewarding.
YOUR RESPONISIBILITIES
As our HR Specialist in Sweden, you’ll take responsibility for a wide range of HR tasks across the full employee lifecycle. Your work will include:
- Managing employment relations, union contacts and labour law matters
- Supporting construction site workforce planning (with the opportunity to take over the function independently)
- Responding to employee questions and providing everyday HR support
- Collaborating closely with the Finance team on payroll-related topics (payroll itself is not part of your responsibilities)
- Handling recruitment and onboarding
- Because you will be our sole HR representative in Sweden, this role requires a confident, proactive and independent working style.
ABOUT YOU
- Strong knowledge of Swedish labour law and collective agreements
- Professional proficiency in Swedish, Polish and English
- 2–4 years of HR experience (more experience is a plus)
- Ability to work independently, with flexibility and a positive, solution-oriented mindset
