We are seeking a driven and proactive Business Development Consultant to join our remote team.
Now we’re ready to expand into new international markets and we’re looking for a bold and ambitious Business Development Consultant to make it happen. As a Business Development Consultant, you will play a central role in growing reQruitz’s international presence. You’ll focus on identifying, engaging and building relationships with potential corporate clients worldwide. You’ll have the freedom and the responsibility to open doors, build relationships and shape our global client base.
Your responsibilities
- Generating and qualifying leads across multiple international markets.
- Proactively reaching out to cold leads via email, LinkedIn, calls and other channels.
- Building trust-based relationships with HR leaders and decision-makers.
- Selling headhunting services, executive search and psychometric assessment solutions as strategic answers to complex hiring needs.
- Collaborating with our delivery team to align client needs with our recruitment process.
- Spotting new market opportunities and helping shape our go-to-market strategies.
- Manage and track your pipeline using our CRM system, ensuring no lead is left behind and every opportunity is maximized.
- We’ll shape your role around your skills, whether that’s early lead outreach or end-to-end sales and closing.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development or corporate client acquisition.
- Strong ability to initiate contact and nurture cold leads into lasting partnerships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience in HR, recruitment, consulting, or professional services sales is highly valued
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setup and a small ambitious growth company
